1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Some items are non-returnable, such as sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@infinitecraze.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges

We will process exchanges subject to product availability. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@infinitecraze.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
